iPhone 5S, iPhone 6, iPhone 6XL, Rumors of course βββπŸ“

February 28, 2013

Introduction and Perspective: Rumors. What do they mean. To some, rumors are authentic wispers of truth from people that are in the know. To others rumors are complete fiction and the food for fools. And of course there is everything inbetween. For us these creations are an interesting combination of “ambitious wish lists of enthusiasts” married with “the words of amateur marketing executives,” in effort to determine the Next Iteration of an existing product, or more agressively, a New Product. With the litigiousness of our society these days, the Non Disclosure Agreements entered into by employees and engineers. I maintain in sobriety, “The people that know, dont talk; the people that don’t, talk.” We’ll let you decide.

While everyone anxiously awaits the release of the iPhone 6 or the announcement of the iPhone 5S, one clever artist decided to release concept images of what’s being called the iPhone 6XL.

Tech Crunch spotted the images from graphics artist Peter Zigich. The new concepts include a look at the potential iPhone 5S, iPhone 6, iPhone 6XL and the iPhone Phablet, which is basically a tablet functioning within the confines of a smartphone.

The images almost look like something Apple might actually use, but knowing the company from Cupertino, the next generation of iPhone will probably look radically different from what most people might be expecting.

This is what Peter Zigich imagines next iPhone 6; These are the 3 key areas next iPhone should address:

Improve its already spectacular design of iPhone 5.
Compete with affordable smartphones.
Compete with larger display smartphones.
Move Home button to the side, to create a display ares, or a smaller phone.

Rumor ID: iPhone 5S, iPhone 6, iPhone 6XL.
