Shrimp, Bay Scallops, Lobster 600-Calorie “Stir-Fry” Dinner (with or without Shrimp, Scallops, Lobster) for a terrific and healthy change, and its a perfect fit with your Isagenix Health Regimen… its Simple, its Healthy, only $8 per Serving, and of course there is No Frying. We created this "Lunch" or "Dinner" for use anytime, and perfect while using Isagenix’s amazing health maintenance or weight-loss programs. It is so yummy, we had it again tonight.

The images below show the ingredients, preparations, and cooking suggestions for this Nutritious, Flavorful, Healthy meal. We are not “baking a cake” therefore be free to add or eliminate an ingredient, sauce or two to your taste. Remember these sauces are for flavor, use only enough to toss onto the surfaces of all these great ingredients. This is not soup, so there should Not be a “puddle of sauce” in the bottom of your salad bowl.

Generally the Veggies include Fresh Mixed Vegetables, Bell Peppers, Pea Pods, Broccoli, Bean Sprouts, Cauliflower, Broccoli Slaw, Garbanzo Beans, 4oz (about 1-Cup/serving) Fresh uncooked White sliced Mushrooms, (or 4 oz can quality Green Giant cooked sliced mushrooms) Meat or Fish about 6oz per serving using your choice or combination of Shrimp, Bay-Scallops, Lobster, Tilapia, 1/3 Cup Tomato Sauce, (optionally one may add any or all of the commercially available "House of Tsang" sauces.

Of course use Fresh Veggies and Peppers, that you may hand select, not limiting the choices to those shown below, for the Urban folks that buy everything pre-bagged.

Suggestion, if you choose Shrimp and Bay-Scallops for this dish (our personal favorite) carefully peal and clean the Jumbo Shrimp; then take each shrimp lay flat onto a cutting-board, and slice side-ways along its length, as if “butter-flying,” however, slice completely into two pieces, so if laid flat on the cutting-board the two slices would look like two shrimp. Thereafter, thoroughly wash the prepared sliced shrimp and whole bay-scallops in a strainer, and drain thoroughly. When the shrimp is sautรฉed with the scallops, for a minute or two, the shrimp meat will twist somewhat, and is in perfect condition to be tossed with the warmed sauces. The shrimp is sliced in this fashion, so when it is sautรฉed with the bay-scallops they will both “cook” together, without one component being overcooked.

Firstly, in a Hot sauce pan, containing 3-Table spoons of Vergin Olive Oil and 1-well-rounded Table-Spoon of Minced Garlic, place on medium heat to Sautรฉ the garlic until it just turns light golden, don’t over do it, immediately take it off the heat. This is done for 2 reasons: to cook the garlic, and to have the garlic flavors be absorbed into the Olive Oil.

Once the Olive Oil and Garlic are hot and ready, Add about 6oz for per serving using your choice or combination of Shrimp, Bay Scallops, Lobster, Tilapia, that have been cut into 1" squares or strips. Stir the fish over medium heat, only until it just turns white or non-transparent. After the Cooking is Finished, then add 1/3 Cup of Hunt’s 100% Natural Tomato Sauce (only Adds 30 calories), Stir thoroughly. We do not want to “cook” the tomato sauce.

Immediately take the sauce-pan off of the heat, pouring the all the contents into a side-dish including the Olive Oil mixture which includes the Tomato Sauce, cover, for later introduction into the Veggie Mix. Be Careful, not over cook the fish-meat, so it remains tender.

Open all the Vegetable Bags, adding sufficient raw veggies into Two 9" soup bowls. This measures the Veggie Mix, then add pre-cooked sliced Mushrooms, the Garbanzo Beans, Bean Sprouts. Filling the two bowls to the desired amounts.

Once the portions are measured, dump both Bowls into a Colander Strainer, Wash thoroughly and drain, Pour the washed Veggie Mix into a clean 12" Pyrex Brownie Dish, covering same with a plastic bag; Stir/Move the Veggie Mix so that there is a donut whole in the middle 3" of the Pyrex Dish. This makes sure there will be uniform "streaming of the Veggie Mix when "cooking" on the Microwave Oven for 7 minutes on High.

When the Veggies have been Steamed for 7 minutes (for Two Servings of Veggies) remove the plastic bag, drain the fluids from the Pyrex Dish; We Add a hand-full of pre-cooked angle-hair pasta for good looks, Add the Cooked Chicken, (or Shrimp, Scallops, Lobster, Tilapia), Add the Heated Sauce Mix. Toss, toss, toss this combination of Veggies, Pasta, and the previously sautรฉed Chicken/Fish, for a minute or two, to assure the Sauce has covered all the ingredients. This completes the preparation. We are ready to Serve.

Retrieve the Two Soup bowls (that were used to measure the Veggies quantities in the first place); Split the Cooked and Tossed mixture into each of the two Soup Bowls, and Serve. And Vรญola, a wonderful 600 calorie Healthy and Fresh Dinner.

Optional Flavor Change. Do not add the Tomato Sauce, however, Add the 1, 2, or 3 Sauces into a coffee mug, totaling about 3-to-4oz for the three Sauces (for Two Servings) balanced to your taste and spiciness. Shown are the sauces measured to the levels as we like, which is a relatively-spicy combination, but not a killer version. Once the Coffee Mug has the Sauces therein, whisk for a moment and place the sauce-mixture in the Microwave Oven heating it for about 45-60 seconds on High setting.
